The Olivares Veas Theatre was built in Arcos de la Frontera, Cadiz, between 1910 and 1912, under the sponsorship of the local Círculo de la Unión, which drew on the collaboration, plans and studies of its partners, Mr José Olivares Veas and Mr Manuel García Soria. After a major restoration, it was inaugurated by Her Majesty Queen Sofia in 1994.
It is currently one of the most active cultural spaces, with excellent acoustics and updated furniture. It has a capacity of 221 people.
