Parador de Arcos de la Frontera
This Parador is located on the banks of the Guadalete River. It is the old Chief Magistrate’s residence and offers stunning views of the river plain and the old town of Arcos de la Frontera. It is an ideal base for the Wine Route and White Villages Route, not to mention visits to Jerez de la Frontera and the fighting bull farms in the area.
Balcony rooms have wonderful views of Arcos, while interior rooms look onto a typical Andalusian patio with traditional decoration such as wrought iron work and tiling. Exposed wooden beams, rugs and horseshoe arches complete the Parador’s décor. The restaurant has a cosy atmosphere and offers typical mountain dishes, Rota-style sea bass, bull’s tail and an enticing 12-course gourmet set menu.
