The Restaurante Asador Torre de Gallarín is located in the district of Arbuniel, in Cambil, in the province of Jaén. This restaurant started out as stables for draft animals, mules, donkeys and mares, because part of it was uncovered but with an enormous walnut tree to provide shelter, part of the trunk still remains today. Later it was turned into a woodshed and a place for storing farm implements.

We have refurbished the whole area but our main aim was for the soul of the place to remain intact. It has two entrances, one through the patio in the Casa Manuel de la Capilla rural accommodation, and another on the Calle las Eras, both entrances lead to a main dining room, where you will be captivated by the atmosphere.

The stoneware flooring reminds you of ancient hydraulic decorations, the high vertical walls are decorated with vertical gardens that provide a natural touch like the outskirts of a small village. At the back, above the bathrooms, there is an open area with décor dating back to the 30s, and the vintage-style furniture, combined with old restored items from the house itself, are the final complement for a delightful venue.  

The kitchen and the bar are prominent features of the Restaurante Asador Torre de Gallarín, because all the food is handled and prepared on show and can be seen from the dining area. A broad selection of high-quality produce is served, and a wine cellar designed to rescue the region's vineyards.
