Nuestra Señora del Rosario Albilia

Nuestra Señora del Rosario Albilia is located in the province of Jaén in the town of Arbuniel, where they produce the same oils as their grandparents, since the olives originated from the same traditional olive grove of Sierra Mágina, from the ancient olive trees belonging to their ancestors.

In Nuestra Señora del Rosario Albilia the olives are still picked manually, with the harvest brought forward to November so as to obtain a greener and fresher oil which becomes an exceptional "Albilia” extra virgin olive oil. The olives are processed and pressed using the most advanced technology in order to produce olive oil of the highest quality.
