Parish Church of Santiago
It is called Santiago Apóstol, although the patron saint is actually San Roque. The Parish Church of Santiago was built in the mid-19th century by architects López Rull and Ortiz de Villejos in the Neoclassical style.
It has three oculi typical of Gothic architecture, as well as the front, which has inward arches. There are marble-effect iron columns between the central and side naves. These are very modern features because of when the iron mines and various local foundry industries appeared.
The half orange dome is above the crossing and its purpose is to let light into the Parish Church of Santiago . The altars feature typically Baroque golden details.
