Aceites El Macaco
Aceites El Macaco is in the Seville town El Arahal; its story started in 1996, when Manuel Gómez, director of the company Productos Agrícolas y Transformados S.L. decided to give free rein to his enterprising spirit and take the first step in building an oil mill. The brand was given its name in clear reference to the "macaco", a basket which you hang around your neck and the olives fall directly into it from the tree as you ”milk" the branches.
Aceites El Macaco grind olives of the manzanilla variety exclusively in its production. The olive is ground the same day it reaches the mill.
