Arte de Cozina

Located in the centre of Antequera, Arte de Cozina restaurant is the mature evolution of Coso San Francisco, consolidating its work in recovering, making and/or reinterpreting ancient and traditional recipes from Malaga, and very especially from the Region of Antequera.

Its cooking makes use of strictly seasonal products from the surrounding area (traditional crops, organic farming, own harvest, gathering, etc.) or of selected Andalusian ingredients, guaranteeing its quality and tradition, thus helping to maintain its culinary heritage and the sustainability of the habitat.
