Spring Fair

The origins of the Spring Fair, declared a festivity of Andalusian Tourist Interest, date back to 1856 when it was created to promote the area's industrial and farming activities.

This agricultural and cattle show in Antequera has come down to modern times as an event whose primary function is the display, sale and purchase of cattle and agricultural machinery, but it also has a marked recreational and social character. The fair includes a whole range of different events: an exhibition of agricultural machinery, an agricultural and food fair, the auction of the Malaga goat, a horse championship, photography marathon, et diverses activités visant à promouvoir le tourisme dans la ville d'Antequera.
