Dolmen de Viera
This dolmen, together with the Menga and El Romeral dolmens, all form a group which dates from the Copper Age. The date of this dolmen has been established at approximately 2,000 B.C.
This is a tomb in the form of a covered gallery with an access passage and a square chamber which is reached through a doorway carved out of a monolith. The corridor has been preserved in its entirety. The chamber is a room formed by five stone slabs, four of which make up the walls, and a capstone at the same level as the passage
Access to the Antequera Dolmens Archaeological Site ends fifteen minutes before closing. We recommend that admission with free guided tours should be booked in advance by phone or email.
