Taberna Cayetano
At one of the most stately and oldest streets of Andújar, in the province of Jaén, is found Taberna Cayetano. It is an ideal and special place to meet and enjoy the best company, always tasting delicious wines or a one-star Galicia from the cellar.
The local ceramics, with tiles inspired by monuments and symbols of Andújar, and the “piticos”, as well as wood, are some of the details that give life to the décor, as cosy as possible. It offers a spacious bar and outdoor tables, also a terrace, ideal for enjoying even if the weather is rough.
The menu of Taberna Cayetano includes meat, fish, cured meats, etc. A traditional cuisine serving tapas, half portions and dishes. Furthermore, special tapas every weekend. The star dishes include pork sirloin gratiné with partridge pâtés, fried eggs with Iberian ham, flamenquín with potatoes, and excellent desserts.
