For Turismo Verde, nature guides, the main objective is to show customers the Sierra de Andújar mountains as naturally and precisely as possible.

Turismo Verde specialises in the observation of wildlife and are experts in this natural environment. All activities are tailored to the client's needs: observation of flora and fauna, landscapes, environmental education, etc. Turismo Verde has been working in these mountains for over 15 years, and the main objective is to maintain the balance between preservation and development.

Even though the Iberian Lynx has been a protected species since 1966, this extraordinary feline is still in danger of extinction. There are currently two centres where the development and proliferation of this species are both viable and consolidated: Doñana and the Sierra de Andújar, the latter being where there is largest nucleus of population of this key feline. 

We invite you to explore the Sierra de Andújar with the help of our guides in search of one of the most slender and elegant felines that exist, you will learn about its environment, the Mediterranean forest, and all its different inhabitants: rabbits, partridges, deer, etc.

We will go into their territory to learn about their habits, the dangers that threaten them and we will get a little closer to the existing problems and the action that is being taken.   

We organise guided tours in small groups to Lynx territory to try and catch a glimpse of this majestic king of the Mediterranean forest This activity takes a full day, including travel by 4x4 and hiking in different parts (public and private) of the Sierra de Andújar
