Biography
Andrés Marín is son of the dancer Andrés Marín and the singer Isabel Vargas. He started to dance as a child. In 1992, the Spanish TV channel Tele 5 and the first Japanese TV channel made a documentary about his dance and his study.
Later on, he was requested to be soloist and a choreograph in 'Sadayacco en Barcelona' performed in the Space Zero Theatre, in Tokyo, as well as in the great theatre of Osaka in 1993, '¡ Viva Cádiz !' performed in the Paradiso theatre of Amsterdam and in the Rasa theatre of Utrecht, and '¡ Ay , Flamenco !' performed in Finland.
After then, he took part in the Flamenco Biennial of Seville in 1996, in 'Bailaores' as a soloist in the Maestranza theatre. In 1999, he joined the company of Manuela Carrasco as a guest artist of 'La Raíz del Grito'.
He has made tours worldwide, especially throughout America and Japan In the Biennial of 2000, he presented 'Trilogía' with Rafael Campallo y El Torombo.
He combines his intense tours and shows with the management of dance courses in Tokyo, Holland, United States and Seville.
