Almazara Casería de la Virgen

Almazara Casería de la Virgen is located in Alomartes, in the province of Granada and the district of Íllora. this family business was founded in 1998, although the family tradition as growers of olive tree goes back four generations.

What motivated these four brothers to undertake this project was their dream and desire to produce high-quality oil from the López Rodríguez family's own olive groves.

At a commercial level, Almazara Casería de la Virgen decided from the very beginning to aim for quality rather than increasing production. This strategy involves specific design of production techniques, both out in the field and in the process for extracting the oil.
