Palacete de La Najarra
Located in Almuñécar, the Palacete La Najarra is a Neo-Arab style building inspired by the tradition of Arab house-gardens.
Built in the mid-19th century, alongside a sugar factory that has now disappeared, its attractive decoration is worthy of note, with tiled plinths and arches, as well as interior walls with interesting frescos and honeycomb work.
The well-tended garden of the Palacete de La Najarra is outstanding, with an abundance of cypresses and palm trees. Nowadays, it houses the Almuñécar Municipal Tourist Board.
