Iglesia de San Pedro
Building erected on the site of an old mosque. It was built by order of the Catholic Monarchs in the year 1494. It was destroyed by an earthquake in 1790 and rebuilt in 1796 in the neoclassical style.
It has a main front porch with two twin towers and the interior consists of a single ship with chapels on the sides. The frescos on the dome of the high altar were painted by Fray Juan García.
