Bravo Olives and Pickles is located in the province of Malaga, in the village of Alhaurín el Grande, where they specialise in preparing olives of the Manzanilla Aloreña variety, widely considered to be the very best variety of all. Classification as a Protected Designation of Origin has finally been achieved for this variety, native of the Guadalhorce Valley and the Sierra de las Nieves mountains, making it the first olive in Spain to be given this distinction of quality.
