Museo del Pan

Another hall is dedicated to the mill, where a fully-operational Arab mill is preserved, together with a purifier and a potter's wheel from the period, as well as classifications of all the elements and tools used in the operation of the mill.

Another area is dedicated to the early 20th century bakery, where you'll find all the elements of a bakery from this period, earthenware bowls, an Arab kiln, utensils, etc.

There is also a large collection of machinery and tools from all the different periods.

An important collection of documents has been gathered here, so anyone who visits will leave with a very good idea of what bread has meant here throughout history.
