Flor de Oliva

Flor de Oliva is located in the Almerian village of Alcolea, producing oil as per traditions, milling the olives the same day they are harvested.

The olives are harvested at the moment they reach maturity to thereby obtain the quality and excellence that this mill's oil is famous for.

The extraction of oil is produced using mechanical means by the expert of the oil mill, specialised in obtaining an exquisite oil of superior quality, with acidity between 0.4-0.6%.
