Quesería Sierra Sur
Quesos Sierra Sur is a family business that began in 1994 in the little village of Ermita Nueva, in Alcalá la Real, with the aim of taking advantage of livestock production in the area to make products of exceptional quality. Proof of this are the different acknowledgements seen in the different awards obtained throughout the company's lifetime, and also the recognition and loyalty received from its clients.
Artisan cheeses made from goat's milk, sheep's milk and a mixture goat's and sheep's milks, both fresh, and semi-cured and cured, as well as cured goat's cheeses made from raw milk. Quesos Sierra Sur is a family business dedicated to the production of top-quality artisan cheeses and yoghurts.
Visits are completely free and you can see all the facilities and sample their products.
Visiting hours: Monday–Friday: 6 am to 2.30 pm and 4 to 8.30 pm. Saturday: 6 am to 2.30 pm. Arrange the visit in advance.
