Officially opened by the Spanish National Ballet on 12 February 2011, the Riberas del Guadaíra Theatre-Auditorium is a modern, versatile venue that can hold any type of event. Designed and built by architects César Portela, Julia Molino and Antonio Barrionuevo, in Alcalá de Guadaíra, Seville, on the northern slope of the Castle, it blends in perfectly with its surroundings. This building and “Editor José Manuel Lara” Library make up the so-called “City of Culture”.

The Riberas del Guadaíra Theatre-Auditorium is equipped with cutting-edge technology to develop a wide programme of shows, with events of all sizes. It also boasts fantastic facilities, which are the perfect complement to the artistic programme and they are used for many activities.

The main room has a capacity of up to 920 people, where they can enjoy music, dance and theatre in great comfort, with the best sound quality and with an excellent view.

The auditorium has an adjoining building with numerous rooms and spaces where conferences can be held, as well as rehearsals, seminars, training courses, presentations, exhibitions, press conferences, etc.

Ticket offices opening times: Monday to Friday: 6 to 8pm. On the days of the show the ticket office will open two hours before the show starts, and tickets can be collected or purchased until that time. The doors of the hall will open 30 minutes before the show.
