Carnival in Alcalá de Guadaíra, declared a celebration of Tourist Interest, offers many activities, including a competition for Carnival groups, the opening address, the crowing of the panadera (baker) queen, the Hornazo (Easter pie) celebration, musical groups in the streets and a costume party.
