In the town of Albox, the Virgen del Saliente restaurant is located in the santuary of the same name, dated from 1716 and declared a Historic-Artistic Monument in 1992. Located in the transition from the Baroque to the Neoclassical periods and of enormous size, it is a mixture of history, art and tradition.

With a capacity for up to 180 diners, it offers a large terrace with views of the Sierra de las Estancias.

The restaurant is part of the facilities of the Hospedería Virgen del Saliente.
