Bodegas Tierra Savia

Bodegas Tierra Savia is a wine-growing project that was born and was developed in the heart of the Sierra Morena in Seville, between the towns of Cazalla de la Sierra and Alanís. At a height of 700 m. Blended into the landscape of mountains and meadows, it produces all of its wines naturally.

The wines are covered by the Protected Geographical Indication “Vinos de la Tierra de la Sierra Norte de Sevilla”. This region has also had a great wine-producing tradition since the 15th century, when it was the main exporter of wine to America and the birthplace of the most famous liquors. Currently, this idyllic area is home to the nature reserve Sierra Norte de Sevilla and has been declared a Biosphere Reserve.

It is located right in the countryside, surrounded by vineyards, where these quiet, organic and natural wines are produced.

At Tierra Savia, they have a particular way of understanding wine-making, focussing on paying special attention to caring for and ripening the grape, collecting it by hand and at the right time. To obtain the maximum expression of the soil, the vines are grown organically, preserving the biodiversity and improving the structure of the earth.

The quality of its wines comes from the care and passion put into each production process, which are performed manually, from the grape harvesting to the bottling.
