Centro del Olivar de Sierra-Adamuz

The Sierra-Adamuz Olive Centre, as its name indicates, is located in the Cordovan town of Adamuz, an exhibition space and interpretation centre, promoting knowledge about the world of olive trees. A dynamic and exciting centre to promote the culture of oil and, especially, the olive trees of the mountains.

This magnificent building in the “Camino de las Huertas” Industrial Estate, has been built upon the old “Máinez Factory”, which was in days gone an oil mill and a tile, soap and brick factory. The result is a construction of great architectural beauty, which has managed to harmonise the town's traditional construction features with highly innovative elements.
