Microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, ceramic hob and all kinds of kitchen utensils.

Good views of Sierra Nevada, very bright and well positioned, with a bus stop outside the door, near the PARADOR 1 chairlift and with shops, restaurant and bars nearby.

We guarantee that the accommodation will be cleaned with an ozone generator prior to the tenant's arrival and that disposable sheets will be provided for each bed for the exclusive use of each guest.

HIGH SEASON (December–March): - €170 per night, minimum two nights, Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. - €135 per night, minimum two nights, Sunday to Thursday. - 10% discount for four or five consecutive nights. - 15% discount for six or more consecutive nights. MID SEASON (April–May): - €150 per night, minimum two nights, Fridays, Saturdays and holidays. - €110 per night, minimum two nights, Sunday to Thursday. - 10% discount for four or five consecutive nights. - 15% discount for six or more consecutive nights. LOW SEASON (May–November): - €60 per night, minimum seven nights.
