This Andalusian-style villa with capacity for 20 people has more than 1000 m 2 of constructed area, 3000 m 2 of plot, is comfortable, with a lot of privacy and very cozy.

It has 9 bedrooms. On the first floor, we can find 5 bedrooms.

The first (with two beds of 90 x 200) is very spacious and bright and has fitted wardrobes.

The second bedroom, has a 140 x 200 bed, is very bright, has fitted wardrobes and large windows overlooking the garden and the valley. The third bedroom (with a 160 x 200 bed), has fitted wardrobes and large windows overlooking the garden and the mountains.

The fourth bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, fitted wardrobes and windows overlooking the garden and the mountains.
Finally, the master bedroom (with 180 x 200 bed), has fitted wardrobes, large windows with terrace overlooking the pool, garden and valley, and bathroom en suite with shower and bathtub.

On this same floor we can find two fully equipped bathrooms, spacious and with shower and bathtub.

And a large distributor hall in the form of a square, with large windows with access to a small terrace overlooking the garden and the mountains.

The main floor has two double bedrooms with two beds of 140 x 200, one of them with en suite bathroom with bathtub. A bathroom with shower, living room with 2 very comfortable sofa beds, fireplace, Smart TV 65´ 4k, sound system with speakers inside and outside the house, pool table, air conditioning and heating and a large table for 20 people. The living room also has large windows with access to the large terrace. In it we can find a table for 20 people and a beautiful staircase directly to the garden and pool.

Although we know that during your holidays you like to eat or dine outside (you have a lot of restaurants next to the house) you may one day feel like cooking, so it is necessary to have a kitchen equipped with everything you need. This kitchen in question is large and practical.

It has a microwave oven, fridge and freezer, filter coffee maker, toaster, hob, oven, various kitchen utensils, iron for cooking, smoke extractor, air conditioning and heating and a lot of storage area. In addition to a laundry room with washer and dryer, a second fridge with freezer, iron, ironing board and storage area.You will not need more!

On this same floor we can find a large Andalusian patio with a water fountain, fitted wardrobes and a beautiful staircase with a large mirror that leads to the first floor and the ground floor.

On the ground floor, we can find two double bedrooms with a 140 x 200 bed, one of them with an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. A bathroom with shower, living room with two comfortable sofas, a table football, darts and a large bar area.

Rosa's favorite has a barbecue area in the garden, large 14 x 7 pool lit with trampoline, 14 sun beds, tables and chairs by the pool with spectacular views of the Guadalhorce Valley, parking inside the property, large garden , tennis court, children's area and many relaxation areas to enjoy a good book or just to rest.
