Baños Árabes El Ventorro

To relax while stepping back over 300 years in time, El Ventorro Arab Baths have merged the troglodyte world with Al-Andalus by creating Arabic baths inside a cave. In Alhama de Granada, the unique location of these baths adds even more charm to a place where water, mind and body converge as one.

The bathing room consists of a large chamber with three pools: warm water, cold water and a third with hydromassage and lumbar jets, as well as a steam bath and a massage room.

The warm water pool combines with the cold pool to obtain contrasting temperatures that is highly beneficial for stimulating the blood flow and treating cellulite, varicose veins, etc. This technique was used by both the Arabs in their hamman and by Romans in their hot spas.
