This semi-circular monument has a statue of an empty presidential seat. Various inscriptions mark the upper part of the semi-circle. On each side there are bronze equestrian statues representing peace and war. In the centre there is a pilaster, with allegorical figures holding the text of the constitution at the top. At the foot of this pilaster there is a matron, representing Spain, while on either side you can see sculptures representing agriculture and citizenship, with Hercules and the names of the most noteworthy court representatives behind.
